A Shamanic “SOMA Breath” Breathwork Awakening

During this two-hour, guided, shamanic breathwork work, you will use the power of your breath to safely release any trapped emotions, patterns, or imprints from your past that no longer serve you.

With breathwork, you can release pain, shame, guilt, numbness, and even ecstatic feelings of laughter, pleasure, joy, surrender, and love.

You will experience something similar to using ancestral medicinal plants during this ceremony through simple rhythmic breathing and breath retention techniques.

During the breathwork, you will also learn how to reconnect with the energetic flow of your creative life force. This power and sacred force uses the electrical charge of your sacred sexual energy and integrates it into a spiritual experience.

Flooding your body with creative life-force energy during this deep breathing practice, you will discover a deep connection with your essence through your breath.

Each of us desires determination with our needs, embracing all our emotions to connect with our divine nature and realize our integrity. Returning to your essence, together, we will generate a deep healing process in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms.

After the breathwork, we will have a sharing circle to share your breathwork experience

Preparing for this Breathwork

• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Ceremony will start promptly at 7 PM.

• Wear comfortable clothes (yoga style clothes are great)

• To get the full effect of the medicine, it is recommended not to eat two hours before the ceremony. We will provide fruit and water at the end of the ceremony to nourish your appetite.

• Come with a deep intention you would like to set during this breathwork healing journey. This intention can be anything—it is your journey!

About Your Facilitator:

Jason Samadhi, Samadhi Breath, is a resident of Puerto Vallarta and recent transplant from Playa del Carmen. An expat from California, Jason has been living in Mexico for the last four and half years.

While living in Mexico, Jason has experienced several ancestral plant medicines. Finally, Jason realized that the breath brought him to the most potent medicine available within each of us—breath. Feeling called to share this medicine with the world, Jason became a certified SOMA Breath breathwork instructor.
