Contact improvisation is a practice of deep listening where ephemeral dialogues of movement are developed in relation to everything that is.

In these sessions, we will learn to embody key concepts of contact improvisation such as gravity, weight and counterbalance, tone, the multidimensionality of the center, suspension, and touch.

The sessions will consist of 1 hour and 15 minutes of class where we will include somatic movement tools and specific techniques of dynamism, play, and flow to deepen the practice. The rest of the session will be an open jam, with the aim of integrating what we have learned in the session and continuing our personal exploration in a free and sustained space under the sunset.
