KAP is the path of surrender, not of will. It differs from other practices like Kundalini yoga, Chi Gong, or Tantra, because in these, you force your own energy to rise.

In KAP, all you need to do is surrender, and this life force energy will interact with your body. It enters through the crown chakra and descends to the root chakra, gradually accumulating and eventually starting to flow in both directions.

It is a practice of surrender where will dissolves during the session and/or with the continuity of sessions. It’s a very pure and natural process in which you are always aware.

There are no prerequisites to participate; all you need is a capacity to surrender, which will allow you to experience something you had never imagined. This will enable you to open up to a consciousness and energy much greater than what you are as a physical body. This experience will lead you to a revealing, healing, and purifying discovery
