In this workshop, we will learn to achieve heart coherence through different meditation techniques (guided, active, with mantras, and mudras) focused on gratitude and the heart. Research in recent years has explored their positive effects on human health at the psycho-physical level.

Our heart is not just an organ. It contains about 40,000 neurons that exchange information with our entire nervous system. When you connect with a state of gratitude and love, this feeling creates an orderly and repetitive pattern of waves in perfect harmony with our brainwaves.

This state of coherence significantly impacts brain function, influencing emotional processing as well as higher cognitive abilities such as attention, perception, memory, and problem-solving. People experience more energy, clear thinking, enhanced immune system function, and hormonal balance.

In this workshop, we will explore different meditation techniques (guided, active, with mantras, and mudras) to learn how to generate heart coherence within ourselves and strengthen extremely important habits for our psycho-physical well-being.
