🌷 Este retiro está elaborado para comprender el movimiento de la energía en el cuerpo de la mujer, escuchar lo que el cuerpo físico dice  y comprender el movimiento del agua interna y en el útero. 

🌷 Está diseñado de forma minuciosa para liberar el estrés, ansiedad, enfermedades, a través de un proceso de liberación, alineamiento y empoderamiento, con prácticas y medicinas ancestrales; que producen tranquilidad, relajación, inteligencia emocional, inteligencia mental, salud física y muchos más beneficios.

🌷 Su objetivo es profundizar sobre el cuidado y conexión con nuestro cuerpo y sus aguas internas, que nos fortalecen para la abundancia, el despertar de la fertilidad de ideas y curación de enfermedades.

🌸 En este módulo, obtendrás diversas herramientas y medicinas-tierra que te permitirán preparar tu cuerpo físico para re equilibrarse en plenitud. 

🌸 Aprenderás a conectarte de forma profunda con la tierra, con tu cuerpo y con la ciclicidad de tu proceso femenino.

🌺 Danza Medicina: dinámica grupal de reconexión con el movimiento, con el cuerpo, con los sentidos, con la expresión de las emociones. 

🌺Temazcal : Practica Ancestral que simboliza el regreso al útero materno de la tierra. A través de un baño con piedras calientes, se genera vapor con hierbas medicinales que purifican el cuerpo, mente y espíritu.

🌺 Meditaciones : Son prácticas de contemplación o de relajación profunda. Cada meditación que se lleva a cabo en el programa, está dirigida ya sea aquietar a la mente, a visualizar deseos, a integrarnos, o a recobrar el poder energético.

🔥Temazcal: Ancestral practice that symbolizes the return to the maternal womb of the earth. Through a bath with hot stones, steam is generated with medicinal herbs that purify the body, mind and spirit.

🧘‍♀️Meditations:  practices of contemplation or deep relaxation. Each meditation that takes place in the program is directed either to quiet the mind, to visualize desires, to integrate ourselves, or to recover energetic power.
