In this workshop we will explore different somatic techniques to awaken movement information from the soul and connect with our higher self through ecstatic & conscious dance. We will go deeply into the universe of the Body Mind Movement by activating neural connections and embodying sensations & perceptions. This practice will allow us to nurture ourselves from the inside out and to activate the natural flow that we all have to move with freedom and joy.
