Cacao is a medicinal plant that is very helpful for our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. “Theobroma” is the scientific name which means “food of the Gods”. Nowadays thanks to the wisdom heritage of ancient civilizations in Mexico we can still enjoy its ancestral presence in food and beverages with all the medicinal benefits for our body and Spirit.
It is very important for us to maintain the culture of cacao alive! so it can continue from generation to generations! This is why we invite you to this Cacao Making Workshop.
This is a call for you to submerge yourself with knowledge about this wonderful seed, it’s origin, it’s benefits & properties and it’s ancient traditions.
During this workshop you will learn all the procedure for the making of a cacao *tabletbar* in the ancestral way and different techniques of creating a beverage for you and your loved ones.

2. Tosting (10:30 AM – 11:00 AM)
- Discover the art of toasting cacao beans, enhancing their flavors and aroma.
3. Pealing (11:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
- Master the technique of peeling cacao beans, a crucial step in the chocolate-making process.
4. Grinding (11:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Experience the grinding process, where cacao nibs are transformed into a smooth, luscious paste.
5. Creating the Perfect Paste (12:00 PM – 12:30 PM)
- Blend and refine the cacao paste to perfection, ensuring a heavenly chocolatey texture.
FOOD BREAK (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
6. Making Powdered Cacao (1:30 PM – 2:00 PM)
- Learn how to create powdered cacao, versatile and ready to be used in various culinary delights.
7. Preparation of Cacao Beverage (2:00 PM – 2:30 PM)
- Explore the art of crafting a soul-soothing cacao beverage, perfect for indulgent sips.
8. Turmeric, Honey & Cacao Jars (2:30 PM – 3:00 PM)

9. Homemade Little Chocolates (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
